SEALING BOTTOM PROCESS

Heat The Bottom Blank Of The Bottle To Soften Its Edge, Fuse It At High Temperature, And Anneal It To Eliminate Stress.

FINISHED PRODUCT DISPLAY

After High-Temperature Baking, High-Borosilicate Glass Bottles Of The Same Specification Are Transported To The Packaging Workshop.

HIGH TEMPERATURE BAKING

Control The Furnace Temperature At 550-700℃, And Heat It Up At 5-10℃ Per Minute. Adjust According To The Bottle Size, Decal Thickness And Other Factors To Allow The Decal Pigment To Melt And Solidify.

DECAL PROCESS

Clean The Bottle Body In A Dust-Free Workshop, Transfer The Flower Paper To The Bottle Body, And Fix The Position With A Soft Brush.

CALIBER PROCESS

Flame Processing, The Temperature Is Generally Controlled At 800-1000℃, Use A Mold Or Tool To Squeeze The Bottle Mouth, And Gradually Shrink The Bottle Mouth To The Designed Size.
