Decoration process

Baking is a glass bottle decoration process. First, the pattern is printed on the glass surface by screen printing or other methods, using low-temperature ink. Then the glass bottle is sent to the baking furnace and baked at a certain temperature (usually 500-600℃) to make the pigment in the ink react physically and chemically with the glass surface, so that the pattern is firmly attached and the color is long-lasting, which can achieve a variety of exquisite pattern decoration.

Electroplating process

Electroplating is an electrochemical process. In the application of glass bottles, the glass surface is used as the cathode and placed in a plating solution containing metal salts and other ingredients. Through the action of electric current, the metal ions in the plating solution are deposited on the surface of the glass bottle to form a metal coating. It can give the glass bottle metallic luster, wear resistance and other characteristics, improve its aesthetics and added value. Common coatings include metals such as chromium and nickel.

Hot stamping design

Hot stamping is a decorative technique that transfers metal foil to the surface of an object through hot stamping and heat. When used on glass bottles, it is necessary to first screen print the hot stamping base ink, and then hot stamp on the ink, which can present gold, silver and other color imprints to enhance the packaging texture. And it has a local highlighting effect!

Screen Printing

Combination of borosilicate glass bottles and screen printing technology: The heat and chemical resistance of borosilicate glass, combined with the thick ink layer of screen printing, ensures the long-term durability of the printed pattern. Screen printing can achieve bright and rich colors on glass bottles, enhancing visual appeal.

Sticker process

Sticker technology is a way to decorate the surface of glass bottles with pictures and texts. The designed pattern is printed on a specific paper or film material, and the back is coated with a sticky substance. Common materials include PVC and PET films, and paper includes coated paper, thermal paper, etc. By pasting, the surface of the glass bottle is decorated.
