Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard products, our MOQ is usually 500-1000 pieces. For orders that require deep customization (such as special bottles and exclusive packaging), the MOQ may be increased accordingly. Please consult with us, we try our best to meet your needs.

Q2: What can be customized glassware?

A: We support a variety of customization options, including:

Logo printing: screen printing, UV, labeling, etc.

Packaging: carton, gift box, tag, manual design.

Product: color, capacity, appearance can be optionally adjusted.

Tags: provide OEM/ODM service, support your brand label.

Q3: Proofing need how much time and cost?

A: Proofing time is usually 5-7 working days. For simple LOGO printing and other customization, we will provide free samples, you only need to bear the freight. For deep customization with complex structure and mold opening, proofing will charge a corresponding fee, which can be deducted in subsequent orders.

Q4: How long does the production cycle take?

A: In general, after the sample is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the production cycle of the standard order is 15-30 days. The exact time depends on the order quantity and process complexity, we will provide an accurate schedule before production.

Q5: What are the payment methods?

A: We support a variety of payment methods, including wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) and so on. The usual payment terms are: 70% deposit + 30% of the final payment before shipment.

Q6: How to ensure product quality?

A: We have strict quality control system:

Raw material inspection: all incoming raw materials (glass, wood, silica gel) are subject to quality inspection.

IPQC: random inspection is carried out in the production line to ensure the stability of the process.

FQC: 100% leak inspection shall be carried out on the finished products to ensure the function and appearance.

A: Yes! We are not only a manufacturer, but also your R & D partner. We welcome OEM (OEM production) and ODM (original design OEM) cooperation, according to your design concept or market demand, jointly develop new products.

Q8: What if the goods have quality problems?

A: We promise to provide reliable after-sales service. If it is found that the quality problem caused by our production is found at the time of receipt, please provide detailed photos or video evidence, and we will exchange the goods or compensate for it free of charge according to the terms of the contract.
