Customized borosilicate glassware cooperation process

You contact us via email, phone or online form to inform us of your basic needs (e. g. target products, estimated quantities, customization ideas).
We will assign you 1 exclusive account manager for the whole process.
Step 2: Proposal and Quotation
According to your needs, we provide detailed product plan, sample arrangement and competitive quotation.
Confirm the customized details: such as LOGO printing method (silk screen printing, UV), packaging design, product size adjustment, etc.
Step 3: Pay for production and confirm samples
Both parties sign a formal procurement contract.
You pay the contractual deposit (usually 50%).
We make and send you confirmation samples (Pre-production Sample).
We arrange mass production according to the confirmed samples and keep the production progress synchronized.
Step 4: Inspection and Delivery
After the production is completed, we provide photos or videos of the finished product for your preliminary acceptance. Support third party inspection.
You pay the balance of the contract.
We arrange the shipment of goods and provide a full set of logistics documents.
Step 5: After Sales Service
We provide continuous after-sales support to ensure that you have no worries.
